Embroidery: Malone Management, LLC takes no responsibility for damage done to a customer supplied garment during any part of the embroidery process. In the rare occurrence while embroidering a garment, there is a malfunction of equipment or threads we cannot control the availability or pricing of a replacement garment. For this reason we ask you, the customer, to provide a live sample of the garment so we may test the garment for inconsistencies to better prepare for what to expect. Your approval of this live sample is your confirmation of production.  Malone Management, LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Laser Etching / Laser Engraving:  Malone Management, LLC takes no responsibility for damage done to a customer supplied garment during any part of the laser etching process. Laser etching offers a tone on tone type of decoration that works best with medium range colors even though it has the ability to work on certain white and black garments it is often not recommended. In our experience polyesters, provided by different brands, are and can be vastly different. For this reason we ask you, the customer, to provide a live sample of the garment so we may test the garment for inconsistencies to better prepare for what to expect. Your approval of this live sample is your confirmation of production.  Malone Management, LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Heat Transfer: Heat transfer 

Malone Management, LLC takes no responsibility for damage done to a customer supplied garment during any part of the heat transfer process. Successful application of any heat transfer product is based solely on the accurate control of time, temperature, and pressure. We do our best to ensure the utmost quality in each and every transfer. However fabrics, garments, materials etc react differently when heat is applied. For this reason we ask you, the customer, to provide a live sample of the garment so we may test the garment for inconsistencies to better prepare for what to expect. Your approval of this live sample is your confirmation of production.  Malone Management, LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Dye Sublimation: Malone Management, LLC takes no responsibility for damage done to a customer supplied garment during any part of the dye sublimation process. With dye sublimation orders, there will be some inconsistencies that occur from print to print. For example, white wrinkles can appear where the garment was not laying perfectly flat. These types of issues are most likely going to happen along seams, around collar, or around the arm pit area. Also, “ghosting” can occur where the dye gas settles into surrounding elements within the design and if this occurs it may result in some unintentional color shadowing within the design. For this reason we ask you, the customer, to provide a live sample of the garment so we may test the garment for inconsistencies to better prepare for what to expect. Trademarks & Copyrights: IN ORDER TO USE A DESIGN, YOU MUST HOLD THE NECESSARY LICENSING AND COPYRIGHT TITLES. It is assumed by factory that all artwork submitted is being used in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding its usage. Customer agrees to assume any liability resulting from claims against us for service marks, infringements of trademarks, copyrights, patents and personal rights. Customers will assume complete responsibility to obtain permission for reproduction of logos, trademarks, patents & copyrights. By agreeing to print any submitted artwork, Malone Management, LLC will not be held liable under any circumstances.

Right to Promotion: Unless specified in writing at the time of an order being placed, we reserve the right to use any item we produce for display and promotion.

​

Garment Washing Disclaimer: Due to garment inconsistencies during manufacturing, i.e. DWR coating, coated finishes, etc we always recommend washing garments with care (cold water, inside out, gentle cycle, hang dry). Even in the event of washing the garments as such, Malone Management, LLC is not responsible for inconsistencies in decoration upon shipment of garments.

Logos Displayed: Logos or trademarks displayed on products in our catalog and on our website are solely for the purpose of showing imprinting capabilities on these products. They are not intended to reflect or imply endorsement of the products by the companies the logos or trademarks represent and are not available for sale to anyone other than the parties expressly authorized by the owner of such design.

​

Claims: All claims regarding damaged or missing boxes should be made with carrier. All claims must be made within 30 days of shipment. Customer assumes responsibility for shipment after it leaves our facility. Insurance is available at customer request.

Pre-Production Sample/Proof: Pre-production sample orders are possible. All costs are to be determined and paid by the Customer. 

​

Acceptance of Orders: All orders will be accepted based on standard terms and production times. Any deviation from stated terms will need to be pre-authorized. All orders $1,000 or greater will require a signature/email confirmation approval prior to production time starting. A first proof will be provided at no charge.

​

Cancellation/Kill Charges: $25 plus cost of all work in progress up to that point, plus 10% restocking fee may apply.

​

Changes to order: All changes must be made in writing and depending on order progress you will be billed for what has already been decorated. 

​

Refunds: All sales are final, Malone Management, LLC reserves the right to refund per case/special occurrence. 

​

Warranty: Malone Management, LLC makes no guarantee of warranty, in that decoration, color or artworks are in any way permanent. We provide quality products and workmanship, when the items are not used for their intended purpose they are not subject to replacement or refund. Our garments are not made for children or pets unless otherwise specified.
